The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, a long-standing brick-and-mortar operation since 1963, embarked on enhancing its online presence in collaboration with EYEMAGINE to cater to its expanding online customer base more effectively. Recognizing the limitations of relying solely on third-party platforms for online sales, the company sought to improve its own online store for direct product orders, leading to the implementation of an omnichannel approach. This strategy was designed to provide seamless access to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf products, whether shopping in-store or online. The migration from Magento to Shopify Plus was a pivotal move aimed at reducing operational costs and streamlining the online shopping experience. The integration of ReCharge for subscriptions and custom gift card functionalities addressed specific customer needs, ensuring the flexibility required for coffee and tea products, which are commonly gifted.


The strategic enhancements to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's online platform yielded significant results:


  • 3x of online sales - indicating the immediate success and return on investment from the platform migration and online strategy overhaul.

Matheson Gas, a company with a long history of providing high-quality scientific gases and equipment, aimed to expand its business into the online market with a fully integrated Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento) online store featuring PIM (Product Information Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integration. Partnering with EYEMAGINE, they sought to build a next-generation online sales platform to cater to a diverse range of businesses across various industries. This move represented a significant step in Matheson Gas's plan to leverage digital commerce, enhancing their ability to manage and distribute new product data across multiple channels from a single source, thereby improving data integrity, access, and proper control.
